Building is new, everything is fairly clean. Perfect views from the apartment. It has an ideal location; close enough to a big supermarket, the marina, restaurants and shopping, the beach.

Overall excellent experience. Wonderful location, beautiful apartment, impressive and impressive room with a pull out couch. I enjoyed location in the middle of the city. Amazing service and good staff too. Food for breakfast was nice.
